Doctor2Go provides access to its medical team to anyone in New Zealand via our Android app or our iOS app. You can download the Doctor2Go app from the app store and make direct contact with our Doctor2Go medical team.

Doctor2Go benefits for your health by reducing the barriers to getting medical attention. We enable you to be calmer, happier and healthier by saving you from fighting traffic and waiting in a doctor’s waiting room picking up bugs from other people coughing and sneezing.

Doctor2Go doesn’t require you to enrol with us either, so you can keep your current GP up your sleeve in case you choose, or need, to go back to the old way of being seen by a doctor. We’ll also send your medical records to them at your request. If you have any questions please see our FAQ.

Hours of operation:

Doctor2Go’s medical services are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on normal business days between Monday and Friday, New Zealand time.

Consultation Fee:

$59.00 for up to 15 minutes. Charged via Google Play or Apple Pay

Patient Age:

Consultation are available only to patients aged 16 years or older.


The first person you connect to may be a Registered Nurse, to assist you before you are connected to a doctor.

Our Personnel:

Our Medical Doctors and Registered Nurses hold a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate relevant to their scope of practice.

Terms and Conditions:

You agree to provide accurate information to us, upon request, concerning your date of birth, immigration status and anything else we require in order to assist you. By using this app, you warrant that the person the consultation is for is aged 16 years or older.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during our hours of operation. Our personnel will at times be assisting other patients, or there could be technical issues preventing connection. This is not an emergency service.

In some cases, we will advise you to see a doctor in person. In order to receive the information that would enable one of our healthcare practitioners to make such a determination, you will have paid a consultation fee. This is not refundable.
