Access to my health information
We do not share your personal data with any other parties.
We have strict access processes internally that restricts access to your personal data and can only be used in cases where issues need to be resolved.
We do not store any of your data on external third party or cloud services.
All of your data is stored within our infrastructure and is available to yourself and our medical team at the time a consultation takes place unless access is required to resolve technical issues by our in-house technology team.
Consultations are not recorded, and cannot thus be retrieved, at any stage within our workflow as they occur purely in a peer 2 peer setting using strict encryption technologies.
You have the right to access (and have corrected) your health information under Rules 6 and 7 of the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
